Shipping Policy

Crafiqa Shipping Policy

At Crafiqa, we understand the excitement of receiving your order on time and in perfect condition. That's why we've designed a smooth and efficient shipping process to meet your expectations. Here's everything you need to know:

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to keep you updated on your package's journey.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free delivery across India.
  • Delivery Timeline: Expect your order to arrive within 4-5 business days from dispatch.
  • We partner with reliable and trusted courier services for the secure delivery experience.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for domestic orders with a charge of ₹99 per order. We'll confirm your COD order via phone or email before dispatch, so be sure your contact details are accurate.
  • Prepaid Orders: For faster processing, we recommend prepaid orders using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, or UPI.

International Shipping

  • Worldwide Shipping:  Shipping charges will be applied as per the shipping destination.
  • Delivery Timeline:Orders typically reach you within 10-12 business days, though customs procedures may impact the timeline.
  • We ship globally with trusted courier services for a secure delivery experience.
  • Customs Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or customs fees in their country. These are not included in Crafiqa's prices.

Delivery Attempts & Unserviceable Areas

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, your package will be returned to us. We'll get in touch to arrange a redelivery or refund (note that international shipping fees and product charges are non-refundable).
  • In rare cases where certain pin codes are unserviceable, we'll notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Use this to monitor your package and stay updated on its expected delivery date.

In-Store Pickup & Local Delivery (Jaipur)

  • In-Store Pickup: For Jaipur residents, orders will be ready for collection within 24 hours. We'll notify you once your order is prepared.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for Jaipur orders placed before 3 PM. Orders placed later will arrive the following business day.

Unexpected Delays Despite our best efforts, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to customs, weather conditions, strikes, or public holidays. If your order faces any such delay, we'll keep you informed and assist you with tracking updates.
