Return and exchange Policy
We are dedicated to making your shopping experience with Crafiqa as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Kindly review the following terms and conditions before making a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- To place a return or exchange request, visit the ‘Return or Exchange’ option at the footer of our website or directly via this link (https://shopify.com/68018733228/account)
- For returns, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or to the bank account details you provide at the time of the refund request.
- For exchanges, if the new item’s value exceeds the original purchase, you will be required to pay the difference. If the new item is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
Pickup & Delivery Process
- After confirming your return request, we will schedule a pickup within 1-3 business days at no extra cost.
- Typically, returned items reach us within 6-7 days. After receiving the product, we will process your refund or dispatch the exchange within 2-3 business days, provided all conditions are met.
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer alternative options or initiate a refund.
- The entire process may take 10-15 business days.
Important Notes
- Once an exchanged item is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
- Items purchased during Sale Events are not eligible for returns.
- Items purchased during the Black Friday Sale (28th November to 2nd December 2024) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Mystery Products
- Gift Cards
Product Condition for Return/Exchange
To be eligible for return or exchange, ensure the following conditions are met:
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The product must be unused and undamaged.
- The product must include all original tags.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
We take strict measures to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where:
- The item arrives damaged,
- There is a manufacturing defect, or
- You receive an incorrect item,
We will provide a replacement if the request is raised within the stipulated timeframe.
Self-Shipping Instructions
If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us via a trusted courier service within 5 days of raising the return request. Please mention your Order Number and Return ID on a piece of paper and include it in the package.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive your shipment at our warehouse.
