Refund Policy

At Crafiqa, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. Please review our refund and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:

Return & Exchange Window

  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, you can visit the ‘Return or Exchange’ section in the website footer or use this direct link(https://shopify.com/68018733228/account)

Refund Policy

  • For approved returns, the refund will be processed to either the original payment method or the bank account details you provide during the refund request.
  • Refunds are initiated within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The entire process may take 10-15 business days.

Exchange Policy

  • If you choose to exchange your item for one of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference. If the new item has a lower value, we will refund the difference.
  • If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer suitable alternatives or initiate a refund.
  • Once an exchanged item is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Special Conditions

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
  • Products purchased during special promotions, such as the Crafiqa Festive Sale or other limited-time offers, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Specific details will be mentioned during such promotions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Mystery Products
  • Gift Cards
  • Customized Products

Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must be unused and undamaged.
  • The product must include original tags.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Despite our quality checks, there’s a slight chance that:

  • The item may get damaged during transit.
  • The item may have a manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong item may be delivered.

In such cases, we will gladly replace the item if the issue is reported within the stated timeframe.

Shipping Instructions

  • If reverse pick-up services are unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the product to us via a trusted courier service within 5 days  of raising the return request.
  • Please mention the Order Number  and  Return ID on a piece of paper and place it inside the package.

  • Any self-shipped item received after 5 days   of the return request will not be accepted.
